The Orchard Apartment

Our apartment is an affordable and comfortable option for those not looking to spend extortionate amounts on expensive hotel rooms. If you are looking for the Ritz, you won’t find it here (chipped walls etc) and the price for our entire apartment that sleeps 4 adults and an infant reflects that. We are based on Weaverham Village Green and there is free parking right outside. We provide a hassle free self check-in, WIFI, easy to use heating, TV, kitchen utensils, fridge and comfortable beds. The space A two bedroom flat with a spacious living room and a kitchen with all your cooking needs. There is ample free parking right outside. Guest access The entire property Other things to note Please note that this is a budget friendly apartment that is usually used by contractors, and the price reflects that when you consider you have access to the entire apartment. The property is dated (chips and marks on the walls, stained tiling in the bathroom etc). We are awaiting a full rip out by the local council for electrical works before we can renovate the place. A lot of people mistake the rough walls etc as uncleanliness which isn’t the case, it is cleaned by a professional cleaning company before every single stay. It is located above a working delicatessen, so while it’s generally quiet, you may occasionally notice the aroma of food being prepared. Access to the flat is via the shop’s hallway downstairs which is where we load stock, so you may see stock trays and boxes. This has come as a big shock for some guests so I’d like to point it out before people book.
