San Bernardino Apartment

The apartment is located in the center of the village of San Bernardino, a mountain village in the heart of the Alps. It is an ideal place for mountain excursions, walks or bike rides. In winter, the alpine ski slopes and cross-country ski circuits are easily accessible even without a car from the apartment. A swimming pool inside the condominium is available during the high season (in winter: from December 8 to Easter and in summer: from mid-June to the end of September) The space Spacious apartment spread over two floors (duplex) consisting of: - two double bedrooms - a room with two bunk beds - a room with two single beds - a wardrobe-bed with two beds next to the living room. On the first floor there are two small bathrooms and upstairs there is a full bathroom. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. The heating system is centralized, and the temperature is between 19 and 20 degrees Celsius. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building and has a terrace. On the ground floor of the same building, you can access the indoor pool. A map of the apartment is available in the additional photos. Guest access Apartment 1142 is located in the stairwell 11 on the fourth floor on the left as you exit the elevator. The swimming pool is on the ground floor in the stairwell 12, accessible (when accessible) with the keys to the apartment. There is also a sauna, which is usually reserved by registering on a sheet in the pool and is activated by paying 5 CHF (5 CHF coin). Other things to note In front of the house there are 4 yellow parking spaces. If they are free, it is possible to park only one car there (they are for all the people of the residence). In this case, however, it is necessary to leave one of the sheets with the word "Consulca" visible in the car. These sheets are located in a white locker in the house, immediately to the left when you enter. Otherwise, or if there are more cars, you will have to pay for parking along the river.
