This luxury property is great for big groups or families, this is an ideal place for rest as we are not located in the urban area but only 10 minutes ride to town, this makes the place quiet, also we are close to the beaches on the wild side of the Island. We are also suitable for weddings. We recommend a vehicle since taking taxis from the property would be hard. The space Villa Moe is a completely private property with a big pool ideal for rest, property has 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, the property it's brand new and located on a massive 1.5 acres of land completely walled so you don't need to worry about the common noises on the island or neighbors. A lovely space to unwind, relax and disconnect on your vacation. Awake refreshed with only the sounds of the birds, and ready for a day exploring the city via this clean, sunny house with big windows. Cook dinner for all the family in a cozy, classic kitchen and dine at a modern center island on this enchanting open-plan apartment. Share a glass of wine with a friend on the grounds or pool to cap the night. This modern inspired space will surely be a home away from home. -We have a big fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook large meals, big areas on the kitchen with a large dining room, and living room, with TV for the enjoyment of the family, the living area is very bright since we have big windows with a view to the huge pool, plus we also have a brick oven for making pizzas, fish, meat or any dish you wish. * Main bedroom is very spacious, it has a king-size bed with a walk-in ensuite bathroom, plus this is the only room with a bathroom tub. * Second has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, also we have desks area for working on the bedrooms. * Third bedrooms has also a king-size bed, but the bathroom is outside the room. *Fourth room is more suitable for kids, we do have two full-size beds in this room and an ensuite bathroom. Tue outdoor area is a huge area with a big pool, lost of threes on the grounds and all the property is completely gated as we aim for complete privacy for our guests - If you need to make a wedding this place is perfect for you, we have a lot of space to make it happen, plus all the knowledge to make it the perfect day. (for now, we are only allowing a maximum amount for 20 persons due to COVID) IMPORTANT: Having a car to move is recommended since the property is not located in the urban area, it will be hard to take taxis from here.
