Large, bright and cosy studio-loft in a centrally located, renovated historical apartment building. The place is sunny, warm and quiet, with an equipped kitchen and a huge cast iron bathtub for your convenience. The Old Town, Freedom Square, Telliskivi creative centre and Balti jaam market / train station are at 10 minutes walking distance. There is a small shop and public transport stops around the corner; a coffee shop, some restaurants and a big park are at the end of the street. The space The sleeping area can be separated by a curtain. The sofa for a third guest is 1m90 long. A cot can be provided upon request. Guest access Private parking in a closed courtyard.
