Rest comfortably in the well-appointed bedrooms, including a King Bed in Bedroom 1, Queen Beds in Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4, and a Full Bunk Bed with Two Fold-out Chair Mattresses in Bedroom 5. The house accommodates up to 12 guests in beds, with additional kid-friendly bedding options available. A Pack n' Play is provided for the little ones, along with a stroller, highchair, and kids' dinnerware. All linens and towels, both for the bath and beach, are provided for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and ample place settings, including kid-friendly dinnerware. You'll find all the necessary cooking utensils, as well as a toaster, blender, air fryer, and coffee maker (with complimentary coffee, filters, and creamer!). A gas grill with a propane tank is available for your use. Please note, we do not refill the tank, so feel free to exchange it at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $30 when it runs empty. Dining options include a kitchen counter with 4 stools, a dining room table that seats 8 (with the option to seat an additional 2), and outdoor dining by the pool that seats 6. Relax on the 6 chaise loungers, two rocking loungers, a hanging bench swing, 2 hammocks, or two Adirondack chairs by the poolside. Pool settings are scheduled, and when purchased, the pool heat is set to 85 degrees. However, please be aware that if air temperatures drop below 70 degrees, it may affect the pool temperature, and we cannot guarantee pool temperatures. Games such as cards, board games, pool toys, shuffleboard and cornhole are provided for your entertainment. The home also features central air and a washer and dryer for your convenience. We've thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt, pepper, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are all provided! For your beach adventures, we've got you covered with beach towels, sand chairs, a large beach mat, a cooler bag, sand toys, 4 boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and a beach cart. Everything you need to make your beach day AWESOME! If you're in the mood for fishing, we've provided 4 fishing rods and a basic tackle box for your use at the nearby sandy beaches or boat launch. Other things to note We offer self check in, which means we do not meet you on site to provide keys. Check in instructions are sent to guests 24 hours prior to check in. Every guest is provided with a unique door code that allows them access to the home during their stay.
