Forget your worries in this Private entry Spacious Clean Room w/private bathroom! You can enjoy your vacation knowing you can come back to sleep in a quiet safe place! The room has a CA King bed and a twin bed. Within a few minutes easy access to fwy 5, 118, 210, 405. We would love to host you and help you have a wonderful vacation or business trip! Without traffic by car -18 min to Universals, Magic Mountain & UCLA -16 min to TMU -12 min to CSUN -25 min to Santa Monica - 32 min to LAX The space Your private room has a CA King bed and a twin bed. The twin bed is great just in case you are bringing your children with you. There is a mini refrigerator, a microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The room has two comfortable chairs where you can drink your coffee or tea before you head out to enjoy your day. We also have a through the wall AC and a space heater. You also have access ONLY in the SUMMER to a shared patio, pool and jacuzzi (NOT HEATED). Guest access You have access to one bedroom with private bathroom through a private entrance to the right side of our house. During your stay I am available all the time through the Airbnb chat. Only on an emergency please text or call my personal number. Other things to note Strictly NO PETS and NO SMOKING of any kind. (Health issue of a family member) If you break this rule you will be charge a penalty.
