Our 1/4 acre fenced in yard is perfect for kids and adults alike, with outdoor soaking tub, 4 person barrel sauna, cold plunge, outdoor dining area and deck, and beautiful gardens. Located walking distance from downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. . The space Our home has a graceful flow from open spaces to private, with two " mini-loft" style rooms and 3 private bedrooms. One common bathroom area and another mediterranean style bathroom off of the master bedroom. The outdoor soaking tub is large enough to fit two adults comfortably, and around the corner is the cold plunge - a fabulous way to finish off a sauna session. The fourth "bedroom" doubles as an indoor training studio, at 500ft2 with 10 foot ceilings, it makes for a spacious bedroom with beautiful morning light, or a luxurious work studio. A half bath is located just outside the door. The yard is entirely fenced in, there is space to park two cars inside our gate, and 4 outside. We have a Tesla charger in the carport. Our patio has a fire pit for the chillier nights, and if you want to enjoy the outside space while staying inside, simply open up the accordion doors to the patio and "disappear" our entire front wall.
