The yard and lower covered patio are perfect for outdoor games. Trex cornhole boards are provided. Sonos speakers are located throughout the house and boathouse; high-speed internet is provided. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and has a large dining table and kitchen island that collectively seat 18 or more guests.The spacious upper and lower living areas feature comfortable seating, and large smart TVs with YouTubeTV service for live TV and sports. The lower living area, in the walkout basement, is the ideal hangout space, with a wet bar, pool table, and an oversized sectional, perfect for watching a movie. Upper and lower living areas provide views of the lake. When the day is done, you'll find plenty of space to relax in the bedrooms. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and are furnished for maximum comfort. The main floor primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a fully adjustable base, a private en suite bathroom, and a designated work area. The other two main floor bedrooms each offer a queen bed with blackout curtains, perfect for an afternoon nap. The lower level has two additional bedrooms: a second primary bedroom and a bunk room. The lower level primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a fully adjustable base and private access to the jack and jill bathroom. The bunk room is the perfect retreat for the kids, providing 3 sets of bunks with full beds on the bottom and twin beds on top, sleeping 6-9 kids.
