The space The kitchen is fully equipped with latest brand-new appliances, high-quality utensils, a coffee maker, a blender, and other necessary items. The deck area features a grill with all the essential utensils, a comfortable seating area, and a cozy fireplace to enjoy the captivating sunsets over the Boldy mountain. The home gives a feeling of brightness and spaciousness due to its large windows and open kitchen. The master bedroom is equipped with a brand-new Zinus mattress, large windows, room-darkening curtains, a workspace, clothing rack, dresser, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The condo's living room comes equipped with an additional queen-sized Murphy bed, providing comfortable accommodation for up to four people. The space is suitable for remote workers with a high-speed fiber internet connection and a designated workspace. For those seeking leisure, the entertainment options include board games, puzzles, and a brand new smart TV. Additionally, guests can use two paddle boards located in the unit. We will provide detailed information on the best spots for paddleboarding. Guest access Access to the entire unit is granted via a digital keypad located on the outside door. There are 20 steps to get upstairs. Please consider that before booking. The ground garage is exclusively reserved for the owner's use unless you have made a request for the use of the EV charger. The condo offers free on-site parking in front of the building. Other things to note We offer a complimentary Level 2 EV charger with a Tesla adapter to our valued guests for their personal use in the owner's garage.
