The Shed

Beautiful backyard guest house in Los Osos. Comfortable and cozy, peaceful and private. There is a fold out couch perfect for a child. No kitchen but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and a hot water kettle. Enjoy the adjacent hot tub and private fenced in yard. Not a place for loud parties, just some peace. You will be walking distance from Baywood Park and the back bay. 10 Minutes away from Montana De Oro State Park and Morro Bay. About 45 minutes north to Hearst Castle The space Your private space is outside the shed by the hot tub. It’s a fenced in part of our backyard just for you to use. As you walk in the front gate (where you park) stay to the left of the garage and continue down past the house. The shed is behind our house. Other things to note Hello! We’d like to be clear, The Shed is a separate guest house behind our family home where we live. We are a quiet family, and will respect and give you total privacy throughout your stay. However feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions. This is a perfect spot for a calm, peaceful experience. Not a place for loud parties, or drunken fights. (We’ve had some experiences with that- and now feel the need to add that statement to our listing) The Shed is behind our house with a small adjacent yard and private hot tub that you’ll have sole access to. A family lives on the other side of the fence and occasionally we can hear a couple children playing. The homes in this neighborhood are close to each other, and sound travels especially from the hot tub, so we try to be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise down. The Shed is a perfect place for rest and relaxation in a great location, close to Baywood, Montana de Oro and Morro Bay. Hearst Castle is about 45min north.
