Do you want to really get away from it all! Hard to get! Great big semi-waterfront cedar cabin at Indian Point, one of the most desirable location on beautiful Savary Island. Ideal for small children as the beach is sandy and shallow, and the cabin, 2 min walk away, is at ocean level. Rustic but spacious and self-sufficient (with solar, generator and battery system) with everything you need for cooking. Interior shower. Recently reno'ed bathroom with new tub, shower and tiles. Other things to note This is a real treat for the nature lover, someone who is committed to green living, and who can appreciate being among 2nd growth douglas firs and where electromagnetism is very low - as it is off-grid. However, if you are looking for a 5-star hotel service, this is the wrong place -Savary has a real shortage of helpers during the summer season. Every year, I do improvement to the cabin, but things on Savary Island, being that is barge and watertaxi only, move pretty slowly - and that's the beauty of it.
