The Joyce House

You will fall in love with this sweet family-friendly cottage, close to all the action and a peaceful retreat. Five minutes from downtown Benton Harbor, the golf course at Harbor Shores, and the beach in St. Joe's, it is a great location for a get-away. The space The Joyce House is on a quiet cul-de-sac set away from the main road. It sits on an acre with a large yard, great front stoop, and a tree-lined creek on one side. The Joyce House comes with all the amenities a family needs, including a pack-and-play, toddler bed, infant bathtub, play table, high chair, pet bowls and a dog chain in the backyard. The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and has an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed that can sleep three people. An additional toddler bed and pack-and-play are available and can fit in any of the bedrooms. The couch in the living room is modular and can be configured as an additional sleeping space. Both bathrooms have tubs, for easy relaxation or bathing children after the beach. A propane firepit and grill are available for use off the back deck. Guest access Guests will have access to the full main floor and yard. There is a basement, where utilities are located, that will be locked.
