Experience a peaceful stay in this quiet and comfortable retreat. The space Welcome to our Cedar Cabin Retreat, a historic and cozy getaway on a former tobacco farm. This cabin was built on the foundation of a 100-year-old tobacco stripping room and has been renovated for your comfort. You will enjoy the views of the pond and the hills from the floor to ceiling windows. You will also have access to fish in the pond on a catch and release basis. Just bring your poles, and we'll provide the chairs. The cabin is next to a large gray barn that we live in, but we respect your privacy and will only interact with you if you need us. You may see our friendly dog Sugar roaming around the property, as well as some wildlife like deer, foxes, and rabbits. We own about 20 acres of land that you can explore and relax in. Guest access The cabin and patio are yours to enjoy privately, including the hot tub, accessible exclusively via French doors in the cabin living room. Other things to note There is a chimenea on the patio for your enjoyment along with a starter supply of firewood. Additionally, there is a firepit in the yard with camp chairs stored inside the cabin for this purpose. Additional firewood is stacked in front of the barn if you need more.
