It provides luxurious holiday accommodation for up to 6 people in the heart of the village, just a few minutes' walk from the village shop, restaurants, hotels and the safe, sandy beaches of Port Charlotte. The house has underfloor heating throughout, a wood burning stove and is fully insulated to ensure a cosy home whatever the weather. The house is tiled throughout on the ground floor and fully carpeted on the first floor. The entrance hall leads into a large open plan kitchen/dining area with a high spec modern fitted kitchen and table and chairs seating 6 people comfortably. The kitchen has all Neff appliances including induction hob, multifunction oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine and a quooker boiling water tap. GARDEN ROOM Three steps lead down from the kitchen into the garden room which has a sofa/day bed, a wall mounted smart TV and glass sliding doors leading onto the garden and patio. There is also a door to the utility area housing a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying room. LOUNGE Double doors from the dining area lead to the cosy lounge with wood burning stove, 2 large sofas, HD TV and small writing desk and chair. TVs have freeview channels and there is free WiFi for guests. GARDEN The fully enclosed private garden catches the sun throughout the day. There are chairs, benches, a table for outdoor dining, BBQ, a fire pit for keeping away the evening chill when you feel like sitting outside stargazing. BEDROOMS Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with king size bed and ensuite shower room. All have plenty of drawer and hanging space, beds with high quality pocket sprung mattresses and pure cotton bed linen. The two bedrooms with rear windows have stunning views over Loch Indaal and the hills beyond. BATHROOMS There is a family bathroom on the first floor with bath and thermostatic over bath shower, an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom with aqualisa thermostatic shower and a cloakroom downstairs with toilet and basin.
