Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you! The space The property has a 1,000-meter garden, with a private pool (includes child safety fence) and a 25-meter outdoor porch. The house has two floors, an upper floor with open spaces and a lower floor with the bedrooms, where you can enjoy an unbeatable temperature on hot summer nights, you will need a blanket in the middle of August! As you can see in the photos, you can enjoy the following spaces: - A bright living room with a fireplace. I've prepared games and some books in case you feel like using them. The TV has a Fire TV device with access to the Amazon Prime platform that we make available to our guests or, if you prefer, you can connect your own streaming platforms. - A large open kitchen, fully equipped and renovated, with an adjoining dining room and a large wooden bar for snacks and informal dinners. - A bedroom suite with a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and separate bathroom. - A bedroom with a trundle bed and bunk bed (sleeps 4). - A bedroom with 4 single beds, which you can combine to your liking: you can arrange a king size bed and sofa, or 4 single beds, according to your preferences. - Two full bathrooms and a toilet on the main floor. - A large outdoor porch with a barbecue, dining area, and a place to relax. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property The house, garden, and pool are for the exclusive use of guests. The pool will be open in summer season, June, July and August. If the weather permits, we usually have it open in May and September as well. There is a laundry room on the ground floor. Other things to note The house has 500 megabytes of Wi-Fi. We have a crib and high chair that can be set up at the request of guests. We provide towels and bed linens. We leave basic breakfast items such as herbal teas, coffee capsules, and complimentary sugar and sweeteners. There are usually cooking spices, salt, and some other cooking basics. Complimentary soap, shampoo, and bath gel are also offered as a gift upon arrival. The house has central heating with a smart thermostat with an independent programmer on each floor through water radiators. It also has a wood-burning fireplace and 2 ceiling fans in the living room and dining room. For long stays, starting from one month, a fee will be charged for the house's utilities. Outside the house there is a sound level meter that will warn you if the noise level is excessive.
