You will find: a large living room equipped with a TV and internet access, board games, armchairs, storage drawers for your belongings, a dining area, a functional and equipped kitchenette: induction stovetop and hood, a combined oven/grill/microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils; plus a broom, vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies. a 130 X200 sofa bed that sleeps 2 people. a bathroom with shower, sink, towel dryer, storage furniture and toilet. an entrance with a shoe and clothing cabinet and a closet. you have central heating and hot water with a gas boiler. a balcony overlooking the gardens with table and chairs.
