Relax in this studio apartment, attached to our house but completely self contained with your own entry, kitchenette, queen bed, wifi, reverse cycle aircon & bathroom. There is no access to the rest of the house. We are a short walk to a free outdoor gym and close to the murray river, thompsons beach, golf courses, walking tracks, big strawberry, cactus country, and koala sanctuary. Pubs and clubs and cafes and dining spots close by. Plenty of parking available with security cameras on cars. The space the space is your own, no shared areas at all 😁 you have your own entry to come and go as you like, your own kitchenette with microwave, kettle, nespresso coffee machine, toaster etc own little dining area which you could also utilise as a desk as there is a Power point just below it there are some basics like sauce, salt and pepper, tea, instant coffee, some nespresso compatible pods are included but feel free to bring your own or buy more if needed. a small garden space a TV with Netflix and other streaming services Free WIFI As this is attached to our home we live in you may hear our everyday noise, we do try to keep our noise low while we have guests but is not always possible for us to be quiet.
