Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in San Fernando. Neatly tucked away, it’s 5-8 minutes from C3, Gulf City and Southpark Malls. Located just off the main artery that takes you in, out and around San Fernando, it’s perfect for getting to destinations without hassle or unnecessary traffic delays. Privacy and quietness are key features for the work/study traveller, or a family that desires a calm retreat, with easy access to conveniences and all desirable amenities. Guest access The guests have full access to their unit, including the garage. Guests are expected to be considerate of other guests in other units on the compound, and not impede, encroach or linger around their entrances/exits and windows. Other things to note Keys and access is only granted to the registered guest. We are unable to issue the keys and access to anyone other than the guest on their behalf. Photo ID’s are required for all guests staying in the apartment. Kindly inform The Hosts if you will be having visitors during your stay, as The Hosts will need to be aware of any unregistered persons entering and exiting the compound. If you do intend to get a vehicle during your stay and would be using the car port, we would need to get the plate number, make and model of the vehicle. The Host is to be notified of any changes.
