Ideal for going alone, as a couple, friends or family, up to 4 people. No parties, ideal for relaxing. Common areas with a swimming pool and shopping area. Tourist sites nearby, 25 minutes from Cuernavaca. A small and charming house for 4 people, one bedroom, 2 sofas. It's excellent for relaxing, no parties allowed. Wi-Fi included. With a shared swimming pool and green areas. The space The house is a small and cozy place, with careful decoration and handmade in some details, such as the cup holders and the design of a wall. It is located in a warm climate most of the time, typical of the state of Morelos, in a well-kept and guarded subdivision. Ideal for resting, relaxing or working remotely, and then strolling through the area or taking a dip in the shared pool of that gated community. There is WiFi and A/C in the bedroom. For long stays, there is a washing machine. On Mondays the pool is cleaned with chemicals so it cannot be used early. BOOKING is required 7 to 4 days in advance so that cleaning can be done one day before the guests' arrival, which is done Monday through Friday, not Saturday or Sunday. Guest access The subdivision where we are located is approximately 12 minutes from the Autopista del Sol, Tec de Monterrey, and the Cuernavaca Campus. 20 minutes from Chedraui Emiliano Zapata where you can find a shopping area with Cinepolis, Telas Parisina, BBVA Bank, Domino's Pizza, Coppel, Pullman de Morelos, Kentuky Fried Chicken, Little Caessar's Pizzas, etc. Leaving the tollbooth, towards Cuernavaca, 15 minutes away and re-entering another tollbooth, there is a Walmart and other stores. It is 20-25 minutes from Cuernavaca, Galerías Cuernavaca and Plaza Averanda. 5 minutes from El Cid Garden for events.
