The space This is a cute, remodeled, 1 Queen bedroom/1 bath home with kitchen/living combo, smart tv's in both the bedroom, living area, and patio. Includes a wall air conditioner, ceiling fans, and an enclosed patio that is fully equipped with a smart tv, patio furniture, water fountain, and string lights. Our cozy one bedroom is located in a safe neighborhood in the greater Los Angeles area (city of Cudahy). We are centrally located only 10 miles from downtown Los Angeles, and 2 min. drive to the 710 freeway, which can lead you to Downtown Los Angeles, Long Beach, Orange County (Disneyland-30min. drive). Southeast LA is centrally located between Downtown L.A, Long Beach, and Orange County and is perfect for guests who want to explore all that Southern California has to offer. Guest access Guests will have access to the private home and private enclosed patio with seating, and covered patio. Guests have access to the home, and 1- small compact parking spot available (strict due to limited space). Other things to note The home is in a quiet complex in a residential neighborhood. No smoking is allowed inside the house. We also ask that shoes be removed at the front entrance to preserve the furniture and keep the home tidier. Slippers are recommended. This home has one allotted compact parking space adjacent to the house. Parking spot is in a multiple home complex accessible via a narrow driveway. Otherwise, street parking is available during the day. However, street parking overnight is by parking permit only. No parties. No loud music after 8 pm as a courtesy to neighbors.
