The primary bedroom is on the second floor. This room boasts a comfy queen-sized bed, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. There’s also plenty of extra room for a travel crib (stored in the closet) in case you’re traveling with little ones who want to stay close to their parents. The second bedroom sits at the back of the second level, perfect for guests who want a little more peace and quiet. There is a flat-screen Smart TV, a full-length mirror, and fun Route 66-themed decor that will have you dreaming of road trips. The third bedroom is also on the upper level and features a twin trundle bed - perfect for adults who don’t want to share the covers or kiddos looking for a memorable sleepover. The flat-screen Smart TV allows guests to drift off to sleep watching their favorite Disney movies or Netflix shows. The fourth bedroom offers a comfy twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for either adults or children. A dresser in this room provides plenty of storage space for you to unpack your belongings. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ Thanks to the three full bathrooms, your whole group will have plenty of space to get ready for the day’s adventures in the mornings and freshen up in the evenings. All of the bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The first bathroom is connected to the primary bedroom and features a spacious shower. There is a second bathroom in the hallway of the second floor with a shower/tub combo, perfect for bathing the kids after a day of outdoor activities. Help yourself to the bath salts provided and enjoy a luxurious soak. The third full bathroom is on the main level just off the living room and features another large shower. ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal for your clan including modern stainless steel appliances, sleek and spacious countertops, and fun extras like a toaster, blender, Nutri-bullet, griddle, waffle maker, and air fryer. *Please note this is NOT suitable for kosher food preparation. A BBQ outside on the deck offers additional options for meals, and the fully-stocked craft coffee bar featuring coffee from various independent coffee roasters makes mornings a true pleasure. Brew a whole pot of coffee for the group, or make individual cups to your preference. You can enjoy meals at the high-top table, or saddle up to the kitchen counter for snacks and happy-hour drinks. ☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆ After a long day of exploring Flagstaff, curl up on the sofa for a cozy family movie night. The sectional couch is stocked with blankies to keep you cozy, and the 70” Smart TV has all your favorite streaming networks for easy viewing, including Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+. If you’d like a little more action, feel free to open up the entertainment center and sift through our collection of board games. We even have a telescope for stargazing; Flagstaff is designated as a Dark Sky City, making it the perfect place to see stars that are not visible from elsewhere! Note that the sectional couch can pull out into an additional sleeping space for any extra guests you may have in your group. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ The townhouse has a private balcony with outdoor seating. Take advantage of good weather and enjoy BBQing up some tasty meals or enjoying morning coffee on the small outdoor dining table with a view of the pines. Once you’re ready to get out and explore, you’ll find Route 66 conveniently located right in front of the home, which offers easy access to major attractions, including the Grand Canyon and historic downtown. ☆☆ GARAGE ☆☆ The townhouse has a 2 car garage for your convenience that easily fits standard cars and SUVs. Large, oversized vehicles may have difficulty fitting in the garage and it is suggested to park in the spaces available in the complex or on the street outside the complex a short walk from the townhouse. As guests, you will have full access to the entire home, including the two-car garage. There is a small storage closet in the garage that is off-limits. Enjoy the thoughtfully decorated bedrooms, the fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and comfy lounge areas. This is the perfect place for the kids. Child gates are installed at each stairwell. A high chair is available to feed little mouths along with children’s dishware. A portable playpen doubles as a sleeping area for little ones, and there are toys available in the downstairs bedroom. TPT License 21469338 Other things to note House Rules: Additional Rules For the safety of the community and to avoid fraud, we require guests to send a copy of their valid ID and a selfie holding ID upon booking as part of the pre-check in requirements ROUTE 66 ROADHOUSE HOUSE RULES These rules have been incorporated into the Vacation Rental Agreement of ROUTE 66 ROADHOUSE you have booked. The renter of the property shall be referred to herein as the “GUEST” or “YOU” and owner of the property shall be referred to herein as the “HOST”. You, as the guest accept and assume full responsibility for ensuring any person permitted at the property abides by the rules expressed herein. UPON BOOKING RESERVATION AND PAYMENT, you agree to abide by the following rules: 1: Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed on the property, indoors or outdoors. The property is equipped with a special cigarette detector. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the reservation may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guests. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the reservation. No parties or events. 3. Guests should not create excessive noise at any level that disturbs neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. The home is equipped with a decibel reader and guests will be notified when noise reaches unreasonable levels. 4. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed to all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. This includes use of bunk beds. 5. Keep the property and all furnishing in good order. Guests will be responsible for damage to property and all furnishing and for damaged or missing items. 6. Only use appliances for their intended use. 7. Housekeeping. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. If visiting the local lake, please use the appropriate towels. 8. Garbage. All garbage should be placed only in garbage bags. Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage receptacle in the home or in the garage. There is one garbage can and one recycle can. Please pull the trash and recycle cans out on their respective days. You will get a message reminder the night before. 9. Plumbing. The plumbing is effective; however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the plumbing, guest could be charged for the cost of damages plus $200. The unit has a 50 gallon hot water heater. This may not be able to service a large group of individuals taking long, warm showers. Please plan showers/baths accordingly. 10. BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guest agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautious with ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guest agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk bed is limited to occupants 6 years or older. 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum of 175 lb weight. 3} No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed. 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk. 11. NO LIABILITY/INDEMNIFICATION/HOLD HARMLESS: The owners of the property do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost, or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests’ use and occupancy of the rental property, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss. 12. TRAVEL INSURANCE - We highly recommend covering your trip with travel insurance. AIRBNB and VRBO offer it at the time of booking and also up to 14 days before the stay. ** Under no circumstances will we provide refunds for cancellations outside of our firm cancellation policy due to weather, illness, road closures, flight cancellation, family emergencies, or other extemporaneous issues, etc. Please cover your trip! FRONT DOOR CODE For security reasons, codes are issued the morning of your check-in date provided with ID and selfie picture have been submitted. For safety reasons, no manual key is available to the unit. 13. SMART THERMOSTAT - feel free to adjust the temperature in the living room. Do not go lower than 68 degrees as this will freeze the AC unit. Please be mindful of the open doors/windows with the AC running. Keeping bathroom doors closed as well helps with keeping the home cool 14. PARKING -There is room for 2 cars in the garage. The garage is not suitable for oversized vehicles. Additional parking is limited in the complex, but available. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas will be towed by the homeowners association of the complex and guests will be responsible for all fees associated with ticket and towing. 15. No open flame candles are allowed on the premises at any time due to fire danger. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT You may check in anytime after 4pm. You may check out anytime before 10AM
