The space The space consists of a general room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a dining area overlooking the street and its trees. It has a large single bed and a separate mattress, cable TV and excellent internet speed and Wi-Fi. The building is quiet and perfect for those who prefer peace and quiet without losing the connection with the dynamism of the city. The amenities available are the swimming pool on the terrace (in summer) and the laundry room with washer and dryer. At the moment, the multipurpose room (SUM), which includes the grill and an indoor dining area, is NOT available. Guest access They have access to all the spaces in the apartment and the available places in the building (laundry room and terrace with swimming pool). Other things to note It is appreciated to respect the coexistence with other neighbors in the building. No parties or smoking are allowed in the apartment.
