Nestled in the valley among the beautiful rolling hills of scenic Swift Current where the waters of Placentia Bay meet Pipers Hole River, enjoy this bright and cozy 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom vacation home. With Wifi and cable TV, 3 TV’s. The 2 full bathrooms include one which has lots of space suitable for those with mobility issues, and the other with a deep jacuzzi tub. A fully equipped kitchen, BBQ on the front deck, private fire pit, awesome views. Seasonal decorations to enjoy. The space Take advantage of the full well stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal, as well as the propane (provided) BBQ located on the front deck. There is a full washer and dryer available to use with laundry supplies provided. Enjoy some quiet time relaxing with one of the many Newfoundland books provided as well as board games, or you can explore the waters in our kayaks. Private parking located at the back of the property. Plenty of off road parking with room for trailers. Where you can take your snow machine off and drive directly into the snow covered trails in season right behind the house. Guest access You have access to all the main living space as well as the surrounding garden and fire pit (some firewood provided)with comfortable seating. The entire house is yours to enjoy. Other things to note Enjoy a visit to Vernon’s antique car museum while you stay in Swift Current, which you will find just a very short walk or drive from the house. Snowmobile trail access located at the back of the property. Quad trails nearby. Enjoy kayaking, hiking, fishing, swimming. This could also be your relaxing stay before you take the boat to visit Woody Island Resort.
