Located in newly developed area of Moshi town, Kilimanjaro Region, called Soweto, easily reached on tarmac road 10 minutes drive from city center, 30 min. from airport. Property is at a corner only 50 meters from Karanga River, opposite the bridge. Enjoy fantastic scenery around the river, plus full view of Kilimanjaro Mountain visible from the premises . The space A 2-bedroom house for 4 people/adults or a couple with 2 or 3 children. Amenities include a generator in case of powercuts. There is a huge garden with variety of fruit plants and a full time gardener/guard. Supermarkets, bars and eating places are found nearby. Standing at a corner, close to a river, this place offers an exceptional view of green nature in the neighbourhood. Within the compound or just few steps outside you are rewarded with an awesome full view of Mt Kilimanjaro, highest Mountain in Africa. Guest access The whole house and garden Other things to note There is a full time guard/gardener staying in a smaller separate house in the same compound. Also there is a trusted cleaner who may come to clean the house and do the laundry upon request. Cleaning charges will apply.
