For more peace of mind, consider booking with recognized renters such as Sixt, Europcar or Hertz. The villa is ideally located close to the Nationale 104, offering direct access to major roads to Disneyland Paris and the center of Paris. --- 🔑 Check-in and access Access to Villa Betty is fully self-contained, thanks to two lockboxes. Access codes will be shared with you on the day of your arrival. A local concierge is also available if needed, to assist you and make your installation even more seamless. --- ✨ Your stay For the duration of your stay, you can enjoy the entire villa, with the exception of the attic and garden shed, which remain private spaces. To preserve this atmosphere, parties and events are not allowed. An outdoor CCTV system is in place to ensure everyone's safety and respect for the premises. A deposit with full transparency To ensure the quality of the listing, a deposit is required. It will only be used if certain rules are not followed (such as parties) or in the event of damage. Please let us know as soon as you arrive about any malfunctions or damaged items — we will be able to intervene quickly and ensure the comfort of the following guests. Cleanliness and friendliness The cleaning fee covers a careful preparation of the villa before your arrival. We just ask that you keep the accommodation in good condition, in accordance with platform standards.
