Small quiet street at the back of the house Weekly rental, no pets allowed Optional services (linens, final cleaning) The space The Tiploum9 house, bright, independent, is pleasant and ideally located: beach, coastal path, typical port, small shops, crêperies and restaurants... without taking the car! South-facing facade, sheltered from the winds, to enjoy the flowered and enclosed garden (garden furniture and barbecue). At the back of the house, a small quiet street, just behind Saint Guirec beach. This cottage, classified as a furnished tourist accommodation, with every comfort, for 2 to 4 people, will seduce you: On the ground floor: living room and kitchenette (fridge, sink, dishwasher, stove, hood, electric oven, microwave, dishes and cookware, washing machine, TV, WIFI). Ground floor bedroom with double bed (200 x 200 duvet and blankets, 65 x 65 pillows). Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Upstairs: landing with wardrobe, 2 bedrooms with single beds (140 x 200 duvets and blankets, 65 x 65 pillows). In Ploumanach, head towards Saint Guirec beach. Other things to note The rental is by the week, from Saturday to Saturday, but don't hesitate to book 15 days, there is so much to enjoy here! Numerous hikes and discoveries on foot from the house, beach, restaurant and sunset over the sea… without taking the car… The gîte, classified as a furnished tourist accommodation, is convenient and comfortable. It is rented for 1 to 4 people maximum, no pets allowed. Upon departure, the tenant agrees to make the rental as clean and pleasant as they found it upon arrival. A final cleaning option can be requested (to be reported in advance, €85 to be paid on arrival). Sheets, pillowcases, linens and towels are not provided. In case of reservation (to be reported in advance), the rental of sheets will be €16/20 per bed (single/double) to be paid upon arrival.
