Featuring a sitting area with a small kitchenette, bedroom, & bathroom. House is located in Renfrew Heights which is geographically in the center of Greater Vancouver and you can literally be anywhere in about 20-30 minutes. 10 min walk to Broadway Tech Centre, & 5 min drive to Vancouver Film Studios. The space •Private entrance, private bathroom, Separated from the rest of the house. •Kitchenette has kettle, coffee press, toaster, microwave, Nespresso, dishes, mini induction cooker, and utensils that you would find in any kitchen. Small mini bar style fridge with a freezer. •Coffee (instant + Nespresso), tea, sugar. •Queen size bed with all necessary bedding •32” Television with Roku TV. •Wireless high speed internet •Shared laundry (washer and dryer) •Towels •Drawers, closet, hangers, mirrors, folding bar stool dining table with two stools. •Iron, ironing board, and hair dryer •Alarm clock •Umbrellas Guest access Guests will be able to use the back patio (pictured). The space has it's own separate entrance from the back of the house. Laundry is shared. Other things to note Adults only. Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept pets (even though we do love pets) because we have to keep the space allergen free for our guests. The space is located in a very bright basement with 9 foot ceilings, so you won't feel like you're in a basement. The suite is located under the kitchen of the main house, so you may hear movement upstairs, especially around mealtimes, but we are usually very quiet.
