A lovely 2 floor condominium, just a few steps from one of the most wonderful and warm beaches in Mexico. This cozy place has 2 bedrooms with one King size and two individual size beds, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen and dining area, and sitting room fully equipped with LED TV and cable entertainment. Inside an exclusive building that includes a large pool, lovely common green areas and a private parking lot. Perfect for couples, families and groups. Close to restaurants, bars and watersports. Guest access Guests have full access to all the condominium areas and facilities. There is only restricted access to one closet and one chest of drawers that are for personal use of the host. Other things to note This condominium is our personal holiday house, which is why we cannot offer a "hotel-like" service. However, we make every effort to have the place clean and ready for new guests, and as a courtesy, we offer a free cleaning service every 7 days (additional cleaning can be requested through our manager with a small charge). We also make sure that any issue that may arise get resolved as soon as possible. Furthermore, we provide as a courtesy, one 5-gallon bottle of drinking water at check-in (additional bottles need to be purchased by the guest).
