You’ll feel relaxed in this home with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, bathroom, ensuite and open plan living spaces. If the weather doesn't permit outdoor activities, we have plenty of board games and DVDs. Linen and towels: Linen and towels are provided for you and include bedding, sheets, quilts and towels. We don't provide beach towels so please be sure to bring your own. Children: We have a high chair and cot available at the house. Pets: Furry friends are welcome in our home as we have a private, fully-fenced backyard. We only ask pets to stay off the furniture and to please pick up after your pet. Extra cleaning fees may apply. Groups: This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups. Guest numbers: The price of the booking will increase depending on the size of your group Bookings: Standard check-in time: 3pm Standard check-out time: 10am Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire house for the duration of their stay. Other things to note ** PLEASE NOTE*** Pool and Spa are available from 12pm-9pm everyday for noise control purposes This booking is not 100% confirmed until our guest verification process has been completed STRICTLY NO SMOKING permitted inside the home. However, smoking is allowed outside the property. Please ensure you dispose of any cigarette butts in the ashtray which is provided. If any cigarette butts found or smoke inside then $150 charge will apply. *** NO Pets unless prior written consent is provided*** If approved No Pets inside the property, if you wish to bring your pet then they must stay outside and poo must be picked up before departing. **STRICTLY NO schoolies & Bucks/ House Parties ** If found to have a party you will incur an additional fee of $2000. Consent is required for Hens by the owner. ***NO bookings for under 23 unless approved by owner and an additional bond of $1500 might then be required for those under that age **** Before departing your stay: property must be in the condition it was left, all dishes washed and put away, rubbish taken out and left in the correct bins. If you don't dispose of the bins or put the bins out you will incur an additional fee of $100. ***BBQ: Please ensure that you have cleaned the BBQ after use and the BBQ Gas has been switched off / extra cleaning charges may apply if Gas is not switched off*** ***Heating & cooling: must be switched off when departing the home if not then additional charges will be incurred ***STRICTLY NO loud noise after 11pm as per requirements of Mornington Peninsula Council Laws.
