A second full bath is accessible from the hall. * Lower Level: Includes a bedroom with two twin beds and a massive King bedroom with its own ensuite full bath, perfect for those desiring extra space and privacy. **Fully-Equipped Kitchen & Dining** Create memorable meals in the fully-stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook and serve a large group. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire two-story home, including all 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the game room, kitchen, and living areas. You will also have exclusive use of all outdoor amenities on the three-acre property, including the heated pool, 7-person hot tub, Cowboy Cauldron firepit, and patios. Check-in is seamless and contactless via a smart lock on the front door. You will receive your unique access code a few days before your arrival. Other things to note If you are interested in having the pool heated, just ask! Hot tub is open year round with no extra heating fee. Heated pool is available for all guests and can be heated three seasons per year (Open April - October) for additional fee that depends on the time of year (outdoor temperature) and number of nights. We do not seek to make any money on heating the pool, just to cover the costs of propane which heats it. Our checkout instructions are simple - not an overwhelming list of chose like most places. Please just load dirty dishes and the dishwasher and turn it on before you leave and put the trash in the trash receptacles outside the side door. And in general just put things back where they were.
