The cottage features stylish furnishings and a charming patio garden with outside seating area for sunny days. In colder months there’s a log burning stove to cosy up around. With three bedrooms over two upper floors, the cottage sleeps six guests and includes games, smart TV, Amazon Echo and fast Wifi. With three bedrooms, beautiful lounge, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining space, plus beautiful patio garden, this house offers a central location yet tranquility for your perfect trip to Whitstable. Dogs are welcome - please don't let them on the furniture or upstairs. Please note - the stairs to the first floor are very steep, and the stairs to the second floor are extremely steep and also extremely narrow (not suited to the less agile or children), typical of the age and style of this property. Ground Floor: Entrance door opens into living room, with two sofas, smart TV and log burning stove. Internal hallway leads to the stairs and dining room. Dining room with table and benches, and a reading snug with books and board games. Leading through to the kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, gas hob and electric oven, everything needed to cook up a feast or enjoy a takeaway. Leading through to the bathroom with shower over bath, vanity unit with basin and WC. The garden is accessed from the kitchen and is comprised of patio and shingle, and includes patio furniture. First Floor: Small landing onto: Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The landing also leads to stairs to the second floor. Second Floor: The stairs open out directly into bedroom 3 with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Cotton linens/towels and environmentally friendly soap and cleaning products are provided for use during your stay. Guest access The whole house and garden are for your private use during your stay.
