Table Mountain view between Yosemite and Sequoia

This split level house offers views of the table mountains and access to wooded trails. We are a great location for easy access to The San Joaquin River Gorge, Millerton Lake State Park, The Sierra National Forest, Shaver Lake, China Peak Ski Area, Yosemite National Park, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Hiking, backpacking, skiing, caving, canyonerring, canoeing, kayaking - name your outdoor adventure we are under two hours from it... The space This house is located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. There are scenic views out of every window. This room contains a queen sized bed and can accommodate an air mattress for a third person if necessary. Guest access Guests will have access to their room, the full bath, the deck, the pool (if open). During your stay I will be around to get you settled in, serve breakfast from 7 to 10 am and provide guidance to the central California mountains. Other things to note -Due to Covid 19 I will only be hosting one group at at time if you need accommodations for more than 2 people I will allow use of the 2nd room for $25 per person the rooms can accommodate up to 5 people. I will be around but I will remain physically distant. The kitchen and the living room will not be available at this time. However the fridge may be used to store cold items. The bathroom will only be used by your group and will be cleaned daily. -Please let me know what breakfast requirements you have prior to arriving. Breakfast will be generally restricted to prepackaged foods and fruits. Let me know if you would like coffee or tea and what time you would like to enjoy breakfast. -Check-in time is 6pm to 12am. -Check-out time is 10am on weekends, the Summer and holidays and 8am during the week. -Cleaning is between 11am and 3pm, guests must be outside the house during this time if staying longer than 2 nights -Check-in and Check-out times are negotiable based on availability but must be asked for 24 hours in advance. -We have 3 friendly indoor cats and a large friendly dog that travels between both realms.
