Welcome to The Inn, a fully renovated lake front home situated on Lake Oconee, 15 minutes from The Ritz. The Inn is the perfect getaway to reconnect with nature, enjoy unobstructed 180-degree waterfront views and luxurious amenities. You can enjoy dinner with a view on the screened in porch or watch the sunrise on the private dock. Enjoy 2 kayaks, ample parking, Netflix + HBOMax, a fully stocked kitchen and a 2nd living space w/ game room + bar on the lower level. Your perfect getaway awaits! The Inn lovingly earned its name due to the spaciousness and size of the property. With 3 levels, 2 living rooms, 11 beds, 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there's plenty of room to relax, spread out and unwind. It sleeps a maximum of 15 people and has ample private parking. Any additional overnight guests that were not approved at booking are not allowed. If we discover additional overnight guests a $50 charge per person per night will be charged. >>>>>>>> **The front door is located on the Main Level of The Inn: - The living room features a 65" Smart TV with Netflix, HBOMax and RokuTV, plus a separate sitting area. - The main dining room comfortably seats 10, with 3 additional seats at the island. - The fully stocked chefs' kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, Kitchen Aid mixer, Crockpot, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare a meal for family and friends. - For informal dining, the breakfast nook is located on the other side of the kitchen and seats 6, with 5 additional seats at the kitchen peninsula. - The fully stocked laundry room has everything you need for your stay, plus outdoor towels and 4 life jackets for the kayaks. - The half bath ir located across the hall from the laundry room. - Off the living and dining is access to the back deck, with gorgeous lake views and outdoor lighting overlooking the firepit. From the back deck are stairs that lead to the backyard and private dock. - The screened in patio can be accessed from the kitchen nook or back deck. Perfect for couples that want their young children close, teenagers who want separate sleeping quarters, or just an additional space to hangout. It has (1) Twin memory foam bed, a sofa for lounging, board games, views of the cove and a 50" Smart TV with complimentary HBOMax, Netflix, and RokuTV. - Full Bathroom #2: right next to Rooms 2+3 is a full bathroom for guests to share. >>>>>>> **On the bottom floor is the Lower Deck featuring Rooms 5+6, 3rd full bathroom, the bar, 2nd living space and game room. - 2nd living space with 55" Smart TV with complimentary HBOMax, Netflix, and RokuTV and game/dining table, with plenty of puzzles, board games, cards and books throughout. You’ll also have outdoor access directly to the firepit and lake. - The Bar is stocked with glasses, seating for 4, a mini fridge, and a fully stocked coffee bar. - 3rd Full Bathroom – located across from the bar, with double vanities and all the amenities you need for your stay. This bathroom is accessible to guests and also has private access to Room No.5. - Room No.5 - Morning Glory: This is the second full suite at The Inn, featuring a 12" memory foam King bed, private access to a luxurious ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, dresser, a desk and a 55" Smart TV with complimentary HBOMax, Netflix, and RokuTV. This suite also has private access to the game room. - Game Room: located off of Room No.5 is the game room, with an Air Hockey Table and bar-style seating with views of the lake; perfect for an additional workspace, an area to hangout during an air hockey match or a quiet place to start your day with a cup of coffee. You can access the back porch and firepit from here as well. - Room No.6 - The Fisherman's Landing: to the right of the bar is the 6th bedroom, featuring a 12" memory foam King bed and private outdoor access, with French door entry and blackout curtains for privacy throughout. >>>>>>>> **Outdoor Space: - The fire pit features overhead lighting and outdoor seating. - There are 2 kayaks free of use during your stay, mounted on the lower porch. - Outdoor games/balls are provided on the back porch. - The brand-new private dock is the perfect place to watch the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It’s also the perfect place to birdwatch (and boat watch!), stargaze and sunbathe. If you rent a boat or watercraft from local marina's you can dock the boat here. - Our homes are protected by Ring, and we have 2 security cameras on-site (one at the front door exterior and one on the back side of the home). We respect guest privacy, and these cameras are only used for monitoring the property between guests. We don’t allow pets so that we can keep the guest space allergy free. You will have the entire house to yourself, with private parking. We have wonderful neighbors. And although our back porch and outdoor entertaining area is very private, The Inn is still located in a residential neighborhood. So please consider them when you are using the outdoor spaces in terms of volume level. The Inn is located in a quiet waterfront community.. Please respect our neighbors, their privacy and their quiet. Please no parties or events, playing loud music, or being loud in general. When driving around the community please be mindful of the speed limit. It’s a golf cart community and there are many children that play, so be cautious as you enter and exit the main road. Absolutely no smoking (including e-cigs, vaping, marijuana, etc.) in or on the property. No burning candles or incense. If you use the FIREPIT, please make sure it is FULLY OUT before leaving.
