The space The appartment has been renovated to offer the best possible comfort. It has a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a comfortable sofa with flat screen Tv and a fantastic terrace to enjoy the excellent climate of the south of Gran Canaria. One bedroom has a 160 cm double bed and the other has two single beds. The bathroom has a comfortable shower ideal for people with mobility problems. Guest access The use of common areas, including the pool, is only permitted in accordance with the rules established by the community of owners. It is strictly forbidden to bring external guests who are not included in the booking. All registered guests are jointly responsible for the proper use of these facilities Other things to note The swimming pool is shared with the other guests of the complex.
