Please note that the entire lakeside community is smoke free, including the condo and the outdoor areas. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire first floor condo and small patio. There is also a shared community pool with access to hot tub, sauna, and gym room. Additionally, you will have access to a coin operated laundry room in the center of the complex. There is also an on site salon and church in the complex center. Other things to note While the condo is on the first floor, there are a small staircase leading down to the front door. Air conditioning unit is a swamp cooler, not central air.
