Cute Condo by the Lake

Stay just minutes away from downtown Grand Junction, Colorado Mesa University, and St. Mary’s Hospital. Easy access to the interstate for a day trip to Palisade wine country, Fruita for biking, or Glenwood hot springs. Want to stay in? Take a stroll around the small lake or enjoy on site amenities including pool, hot tub, work out room or sauna. The space Don't sweat the small stuff. That is our job! We have included books, games, and many essentials that will make your stay easy and (we hope) keep you coming back! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire first floor condo and small patio. There is also a shared community pool with access to hot tub, sauna, and gym room. Additionally, you will have access to a coin operated laundry room in the center of the complex. There is also an on site salon and church in the complex center. Other things to note While the condo is on the first floor, there are a small staircase leading down to the front door. Air conditioning unit is a swamp cooler, not central air.
