The space First floor: - Master bedroom with king sized bed - en-suite bathroom in master bedroom - Bedroom with full side bed - full bathroom Lower level: - Bedroom with two queen sized beds - full sized bathroom - sofa bed with queen sized bed in theater room Guest access You would have access to the full house. Note on the grill: If you would like to use the grill you can exchange the propane tank at the gas station less than a mile away. Other things to note One pet will be considered - please message host. Pet fee: $50. Please note: There are no blackout curtains. Outdoor fire pit: You may purchase wood at the nearby Citgo or Price Chopper (10 minute drive).
