The cottage offers breathtaking views of Bobs lake , 200 feet private shore line and its deep, clear waters that are just steps away from the dock, making it ideal for swimming, diving, boating, and fishing. The space This 2 bedrooms and a loft with a Bunkie on site lakefront cottage is the ultimate family getaway from the city. The bright open kitchen has been nicely updated. From the kitchen, sunroom and living room, you will enjoy the surrounding view of the lake. Sleep 6 adults would be very comfortable. You can add up to 4 children . If your group is over 6 people, please make a request, I will arrange it for you for some additional fee. A sunroom room gives you the perfect view of the lake for breakfast or hanging out all day. Rainy days or work obligations are no issue, watch movies on the flat screen TV with Prime Video or stay connected with great internet both inside the house and even on the deck! There is a propane BBQ available for your use. No need to bring propane! Take a swim or even diving from the private dock. Feel free to use the pedal boat, kayaks and the lake! Guest access Bobs lake is well known for its great fishing and recreational activities. We have caught the following types of fish right from our dock: walleye, large mount and small mouth bass, pike, catfish and good size of crappie, even lake trout. While the view from the cottage is spectacular, the dock space and privacy at the water is also unique. With 280 sq ft of floating dock and about the same again split over two level of fixed docks, there is ample space to lounge and take in the view or seek some added privacy or to find some shade on those sun-scorched days.
