Private 2-bedroom suite in a remodeled Edwardian, perfect for colleagues and families in SoMa/Design District. Walk to Moscone Center, Oracle Park, and Chase Center. Thoughtfully furnished with pieces from West Elm and Pottery Barn, with Casper mattresses and dedicated desks in both rooms. The space A comfortable and well-equipped 2-bedroom private suite in a remodeled Edwardian building. This space is thoughtfully set up for colleagues, families, or longer stays in our SoMa neighborhood. Master Bedroom This is the large front bedroom, with a work desk for getting things done and a comfortable king-size bed for relaxing. The bed has a Casper mattress and an all-season down duvet. You'll find outlets on both sides of the bed, plus a surge protector under the desk. Since this room faces the street, we've provided earplugs just in case you're a light sleeper. One of the Wi-Fi routers is also in this room, please don't unplug it. Second Bedroom This comfortable room has a queen-size bed, also with a Casper mattress and an all-season down duvet. It includes a desk for work, plus a closet and a dresser for your belongings. You'll have plenty of outlets and a wall-mounted surge protector. Living Room A cozy space to relax with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a Roku TV (ready for you to log into your own streaming accounts). Kitchen and Dining A fully-equipped kitchen featuring new cabinets, quartz countertops, a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and air fryer. We provide cooking basics, plus a Nespresso machine (starter pods) and a French press for your coffee. A dining table and chairs are set up for meals. Bathroom The remodeled, private bathroom has a classic SF split layout: the toilet (a Toto washlet for enhanced hygiene) and the shower are in separate, adjacent rooms. We provide plush towels and starter toiletries. Laundry Room A full laundry room with an in-unit washer and dryer, with detergent provided. This room also offers extra pantry storage space and a refrigerator. Guest access You will have private access to all the shown spaces, including two bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. Please note the suite is a second-floor walk-up, accessed by one flight of stairs from the building's main entry. A More Flexible Stay To help you make the most of your time in San Francisco, our check-in and check-out times are designed to give you a full and relaxing experience on both your arrival and departure days. Check-in: Your suite will be ready for you from 8:00 AM on your day of arrival. Feel free to arrive early, drop your bags, and settle in for a full day in the city. Access is keyless, and we will send your unique code before your stay. Check-out: Enjoy a relaxed final day, as our standard check-out time is 2:00 PM. If your travel schedule requires it, an extended check-out until 4:00 PM may be possible depending on our calendar. Please just ask us in advance. Luggage Storage: Should your travel plans fall outside these generous times, you are always welcome to securely store your luggage with us. Other things to note Comfort: The suite has central heat for you to control. Like most classic SF homes, there is no central A/C. San Francisco's climate is famously mild year-round, and the suite's position on the middle floor keeps it naturally well-insulated from outside temperatures. For additional, personalized comfort, we provide a Dyson Hot+Cool, which functions as both an effective space heater and a powerful cooling fan. Parking: We do not provide parking. There are several paid parking lots nearby, and street parking can sometimes be available. We highly recommend checking street cleaning signs carefully to avoid a ticket.
