Gateway to the Norfolk Broads

This static caravan is situated in a peaceful area of the Broadland Sands Park and within a very short walk from all the facilities and has a beautiful outlook facing south west for lovely sunny evenings. It has all the facilities you could wish for. It is centrally located on the border of Norfolk and Suffolk for easy access to the Norfolk Broads and the lovely sandy beaches and numerous local attractions that both counties have to offer. The home is modern and very well looked after. The space It is a static Caravan with lit decking behind and off road parking, two bedrooms, lounge diner and kitchen, two bathrooms, one king size and one with two single beds and additional double sized sofa bed in the lounge can sleep up to 6 people. (No bed linen, but duvet covers and pillows provided - to keep costs down). Two bathrooms, one en-suite with shower and bath off the main king sized bedroom and one main bathroom with shower off the hallway that leads to the bedrooms. Central Heating throughout with additional electric heater in the lounge. Opening windows all round with curtains and frosted glass and blinds in the bathrooms. 4 Rattan Cube seats and glass topped table and parasol with additional two seater storage bench on outside decking to rear of Caravan accessible through lounge patio door or from Caravan main door along side decking. Guest access Access to all areas of the property is available. Other things to note Park facilities are open to all guests including the club restaurant and bar, on site shop, heated indoor swimming pool, games rooms and evening entertainment during the summer. There are now new EV Charging Points located at the clubhouse car park. There is an additional charge at the Park to use the Facilities including the Pool. This ranges from £15 (non peak) to £25 (peak) per adult and £10 (non peak) to £20 (peak) for short breaks and £25 (non peak) to £40 (peak) for adults and £15 (non peak) to £35 (peak) for children for 7 nights. Please note the Club and facilities on-site are cashless so you will need your debit or credit cards. There are public foot paths and local pubs and restaurants nearby. I PLEASE NOTE THAT AS WE DO NOT LIVE LOCALLY AND WOULD HAVE TO ENGAGE A COMPANY to PROVIDE AND WASH THE SAME THE COST OF WHICH WOULD CAUSE HIGHER RENTAL COSTS WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED LINEN OR TOWELS.
