Idyllic house w beach and sauna

Child-friendly and romantic summerhouse. Fantastic bath in the lake Ogan, which is located below the house. Both a family-friendly beach with a jetty, but also an idyllic rock bath 100 meters away. Fireplace in every room, rustic kitchen with modern equipment and a fresh bathroom with bathtub. Balcony/patio in the sun, sauna by the lake. The space One kitchen with a large dining table. One sleep/living-room with a 180cm + one bunkbed with 90 + 90 cm beds, 185 cm long, next to it. One room with sofas and windows all around. One kids-room with two beds, one 90 x 200 cm, the other 100 x 180 cm . Extra-bed can be placed in the sleep/living-room. The photos is a bit out of date, but look at the drawn floorplans for updated information! =) We rent out the bottom floor of this house, the upper floor lives another tenant, who is very chill and will be away for travels minimum 3 of the 5 weeks we rent out. The patio and backside is for you who rent, not shared with the other tenant. There is not a shared entrance. The house does not leak a lot of sound, and the other tenant is not easily disturbed, and this has during the years we have rented out worked very smooth =) We have a allergy-friendly Siberian cat, we will take her with us during the summer.
