Offering a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, A/C, living & dining room, back yard, & many close by amenities/tourist attractions such as Plaza Merliot, La Gran Via Mall, Sunset Park (Surf City), Boqueron Volcano & Paseo El Carmen a popular street with nightlife, dancing, restaurants & much more. The space This private full home is situated in a quiet and secure community in Santa Tecla, La Libertad. Features include a full kitchen, living and dinning room, work desk, 2 bedrooms with 1 queen and 1 double bed, 2 full bathrooms, a front patio with a hammock, backyard green space and sitting area with a garden. Guests are welcome to enjoy the fruits from the lime and Loroco (edible herb) tree in the backyard. Please note this home does not have running hot water. Guest access Full access to all areas of the home are for our guests to enjoy during their stay. The only area that cannot be utilized by guests is the garage space for vehicles. If guests have a vehicle during their stay they may park down the street. This is less then a minute walk from the home and is first come first serve. The street directly in front of the house is for residence parking only. Other things to note Reminder there is no running hot water in the home. Cold showers are very beneficial and enjoyable in this hot and humid climate so it is easy to get accustomed to during your visit. It is common for running water to temporarily go out in communities on certain days and hours but there is a outdoor water reservoir that can be switched on for these instances.
