Our fully gated residence is safe for kids (or adults!) to play around in our beautiful, landscaped garden while the parents can relax next to our brand new/private swimming pool! (Our swimming pool is currently being built and will be ready in April 2023). By the pool, you will find comfortable sunbeds, a wonderful brick built-in BBQ you can use for your family gatherings, an outdoor shaded dining area and a patio with high quality garden furniture. The pool has an eco-friendly filtration system that doesn't need any chemicals. Secure parking available within the private driveway. Moving inside, on the ground floor, you will find 1 bathroom, 1 WC, an extra sofa bed, laundry room and a large fully equipped kitchen. An open space dining room and living room with comfortable sofas, where you can ‘Netflix and Chill’ (Smart TV and wifi is available). All areas have patio doors opening to the outside and all windows are fitted with mosquito nets. On the upper floor, you can find the main bathroom and 3 double bedrooms - all with build it wardrobes and air-conditioning (included in the rental price) with 1 room giving you the choice of 2 single beds or 1 double!
