I live there and deeply love this house, I decided to open it to guests during periods when I am away. The apartment is in a strategic position and well served by public transport: M4 Argonne, just 200m away, allows you to get from Linate to the city center in Piazza San Babila in just a few minutes; Tram 5 connects to Central Station and the Porta Venezia area, full of clubs On foot you can reach Istituto Besta, Istituto Tumori, and the Scientific Faculties of Città Studi. The space The style of the house is cozy, very welcoming; designer furnishings are intertwined with furniture from the early 1900s; the floors, doors and fixtures are original from the 1960s. A small entrance with a large rose window on the floor welcomes guests with a first coat rack. A large space is dedicated to the living room, with a sofa, TV and access to Netflix, table with chairs and equipped kitchenette. The sofa in the living room can accommodate one person. It is a very enjoyable space with direct access to the terrace and garden of the property. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with memory foam mattresses and pillows, bedside tables and reading lamps, and a view of the green pittosporum tree. The bathroom has a comfortable bathtub, with shower, central shower head and independent arm, toilet and bidet and sink with large mirror. Everything is in perfect condition. The apartment is inhabited by me, so there are many personal objects and photographs. There are several bookcases with many volumes of fiction, art, and pedagogy that can be consulted by guests. I have a passion for children's picture books, my field of work, and these wonderful publications fill shelves. Guest access You have access to all spaces except the locked cabinets, which are clearly marked. I ask for your utmost attention and care if you leaf through books. The desk in the room can be used as a PC workstation and Wi-Fi is accessible with a password. You can work remotely and comfortably.
