Kel’s comfy oasis- Private full bathroom attached

We have a brand newly remodeled junior suite with an attached private full bathroom. Everything is new. There’s a closet, linen closet and dresser for added storage. The suite is located on the first floor away from the other bedrooms which are upstairs, so you have privacy. Queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and 100% cotton sheets. A 43-inch HD Roku TV with Vudu, Amazon prime, and Disney+. The living, dining rooms along with outdoor space are all shared. Great for long term rental. The space We remodeled our entire home this past year and all the furniture in it is brand new as well. The room you will stay in is our mini suite. It has a private full bathroom attached. It is on the first floor away from all the other bedrooms in the home. It is set up perfectly for short or long term stays. It’s called a mini sweet, because it is set up just like a master bedroom just smaller. Guest access PLEASE READ THIS SECTION BEFORE BOOKING. We are a family of four that includes our 21 year old son when he's home from college and until September 2026 our 24 year old daughter full time. Our young grandchildren come to visit us often as well. We have a small Yorky, so please keep the door to your space closed. IMPORTANT AT NO TIME IS ANY GUEST ALLOWED IN THE UPSTAIRS FAMILY PRIVATE AREA. ANY VIOLATION OF THIS WILL BRING IMMEDIATE EVICTION. This is to protect our little ones when they visit and I’m sorry if it comes off harsh. We really appreciate your understanding. We have a strict NO SHOE policy. Please loose your shoes at the front door at all times. Thank you. Check-in between 4-8 pm. Late arrivals are not a problem with advance notice. Quiet hours are between 10pm-8 am. We definitely understand people have to work, want to sight see, etc. We just ask that you please be courteous and respect that others are sleeping. Street Parking (Please don’t park on walkways or block private drives including ours) Prior to your check in we will send you a code to the front door. During your stay If you have any questions of any kind during your stay please don't hesitate to either text me or just ask one of us. Other things to note Long term clean fees will be applied. A month long stay cleaning fee will be as follows one month stay $100 Two month $150 Three months $200 Four- six months $300 Extra person fee $10 a night. Case by case bases. Must be approved ahead of time.
