Moon Lair

Two-room apartment on the first floor, obtained from two rooms of an ancient and very typical Venetian house in the heart of the city. Room with double bed, two windows and private bathroom; room with kitchen, dining table, sofa and French door with small terrace. All the views are centered on the brightest and widest canal in Venice, with views to the south-east of the Church of the Redentore and to the south-west of the old Molino Stucky, which beautifully frame the opposite Giudecca island. The space Building of ancient origin, "redeveloped" and inhabited by our families since 1700. The bedroom has a large table that can be used for work and study. The private bathroom is very small and without a window, but can be easily used for normal needs (fan, sink, "walk in" shower, toilet with built-in bidet). The kitchenette is equipped with everything needed for cooking (there are three supermarkets just a few minutes' walk from the accomodation). Guest access Access to the rooms is from the first floor landing (on the second floor the house remains private). The main door on the ground floor, a flight of stairs and the landing (passage only) are "shared" spaces with the owners. Other things to note At this moment unfortunately the wooden shutters, as shown in the photos of the windows, are not in the best condition (they can still be closed) we communicate it to be honest and they are in the priorities of the maintenance work that a house of this kind needs.
