Access to the South Forest Beach walkway is less than a minute! walk or bike to beach, ocean, Coligny Plaza, or Celebration Park. Public beach access is across the street. Lots of fun activities outside your door! The villa has a Primary Suite with a King bed, Roku TV and a separate workspace. The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and a Roku TV. The dining space has a large table and seating for 6. The gathering space has a couch/sleeper sofa two seating chairs and a large Roku TV. The gourmet kitchen has full sized appliances, refrigerator, electric stovetop, oven, microwave, washer and dryer. Entry to the villa on the ground floor level and the bedrooms are located upstairs. This villa is unique as it has open spacious garden views from the patio. Access the pool from the patio for Cabana guests use only. The Pool opens up for use on April 1st. This corner end unit villa is well positioned within the complex for quick easy access to the beach, bike/walking paths and the swimming pool. Located in the Coligny Beach neighborhood with a variety of restaurants, shops and the Low Country Celebration Park within walking distance. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 2 bedroom villa. There is a public beach access across the street from the villa at the crosswalk to the beach. The Beach is very close a quick walk within 5 minutes. A Community swimming pool and kiddie pool for the villa is accessed by the slider and through the garden patio. Walking and bike paths off of South Forest Beach Drive are located outside of the unit. Coligny Beach and Plaza are just a few minutes away. Coligny Plaza has shopping, a grocery and a variety of restaurants. This location allows guest to access many activities by walking, to the Ocean, beach and shopping. The nearby Low Country Celebration Park offers spacious grassy spaces with walking paths and views of water ways and nature. In addition, there is a pirate ship playground free for the children to enjoy. Various local events take place throughout the year at the park. It is a unique space to partake in the local culture. Other things to note Beach/Pool towels, 4 beach chairs, beach sun umbrella, a beach cart are included for during guests stay.
