Nestled on the heights of the very upscale district of "Aiguelongue" in Montpellier, this charming villa with swimming pool is ideal for a stay in Montpellier. From the entrance hall, go up a few steps and enjoy a beautiful and large air-conditioned living room with its dining area and equipped kitchen, its living room with fireplace, an office area and especially its large terrace of 40 m². The space Nestled on the heights of the very upscale district of "Aiguelongue" in Montpellier, this charming villa with swimming pool is ideal for a stay in Montpellier.  You will enter the house directly on the 1st floor. It consists of an entrance hall serving two bedrooms, a bathroom with large walk-in shower and a separate toilet.   Take the stairs down to the ground floor of the house where there is a very large bedroom, a bathroom, a second separate toilet and a laundry room (washing machine). Each room is equipped with double beds. The rooms are east and north facing and equipped with fans. From the entrance hall, climb a few steps and enjoy a beautiful and large air-conditioned living room with its dining area and equipped kitchen, its living room with fireplace, an office area and especially its large terrace of 40 m².  Like a nest box, overlooking the neighborhood with a view in the top of the pines, it will be an additional room thanks to its outdoor living/dining area as well as its gas barbecue. An ideal place to live for a stay with family or friends. A large swimming pool shared with the condominium (located a 3-minute walk from the house) will guarantee you swimming during the summer (don't hesitate to contact us for additional information on the opening dates of the pool). Access to the house is via a large staircase from the street (where parking is free).   Booking your stay with Class Appart gives you the seriousness and professionalism of a team at your disposal. A "normal" cleaning after your stay is included in your rate. Please note that this cleaning does not include: • Cleaning the kitchen (including dishes) • Cleaning the grills and barbecues if the accommodation has them You will also be asked to: • Take out the garbage  • Put your linen in the bags provided for this purpose (COVID Regulations). Otherwise, additional fees may be charged (see rates below): Our accommodations are living spaces that we want to be pleasant in order to give you the best possible experience, thank you for taking care of them as if they were yours and respecting the work of the cleaning teams who will come after your stay. - The "normal" cleaning at the end of the stay, which is included in your rate, corresponds to: 1 hour for a studio 2 hours for a two-bedroom apartment 3 hours for a three-bedroom apartment 4 hours for a four-bedroom apartment 5 hours for a five-bedroom apartment 6 hours for a villa In the event that the accommodation is left in an abnormally dirty state and therefore requires more hours of cleaning, each of these hours will be charged €25 including tax.
