Includes a main bedroom and ensuite, lounge room, small dining area, kitchenette with laundry facilities. A modern massage chair is also provided in the main living area for guest use. Includes a Queen Bed in the main bedroom that sleeps two. The other bed listed is a fold out Double Sofa Bed in the loungeroom, that can sleep a further two if required. Guest access Guests have access to entire guest house. Self check in with key in lockbox. Other things to note We live above the guest house in the main part of the home. You will be able to hear footsteps above the dwelling. We have a young family, so there can be some noise of young children and a puppy above playing, running, laughing etc. The space may not be suitable for you if you are seeking a quiet place to stay. If you are planning on using the Sofa Bed you will need to advise us in advance so we can provide linen. It is a steep driveway, which can be a challenge to drive up to the garage. The washing machine remains available for guests to use.
