Beautiful villa in green surroundings with 3 rooms, 1 open room, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen area, fireplace, a large sunny terrace and a cozy courtyard. Good playground nearby. Within an hour's drive are Legoland, Givskud Zoo and Lalandia. If you like shopping, the town center is only 5 km from the villa. In less than 45 minutes, you can be in Aarhus, which has plenty of shopping and cultural opportunities. In the nearby area there is a golf course, forest, beautiful nature experiences and the opportunity to swim at the beach. The space In the heart of the house, there is a nice kitchen/living room with a dining table, where there is room for 8. In the kitchen, there is all the equipment needed to make a good dinner or brunch and of course a dishwasher, so time can be spent on fun and vacation. There are 2 bathrooms. There's a washing machine and a dryer in the hallway. In summer, there is also room for 8 on the terrace, where the evening sun can be enjoyed with a glass of cold rosé. The grill is outdoors all year round, so there will always be the opportunity to grill. There is a large lawn with the opportunity to play a game of kings or to make s'mores over the cozy little fire pit. The house is perfectly located at the end of a closed road and with easy access to the highway or the city. If you want to take the bus, the bus stop is just 400 meters away. There are several shopping opportunities within 1 km. The villa has its own charging station for electric cars. Use of this requires a special agreement with the tenant. Guest access There will be access to all the rooms in the house and board games in the closet in the hallway. As we usually live in the house, there will be private things in drawers and cabinets in the rooms, which must be respected and therefore not used. Other things to note Please note: - The villa is not rented to young people. - Parties are not allowed in the villa. - Use of charging stations for electric cars is agreed and settled separately with the host. - Bed linen included in the rental price. If bed linen is desired, this can be rented separately for DKK 150 per person.
