Tranquil Private Studio

This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private. The space The studio has been fitted with a brand new queen size bed with a medium mattress (Jan 2025), has a comfortable 2.5 seater couch with a 50 inch extendable wall mounted smart tv (Netflix and Chromecast available). The kitchen has been fitted out with everything you may need, a full sized fridge/freezer, convection/microwave, induction cooktop, air fryer, rice cooker, nutribullet, sandwich maker & electric pan along with other various kitchen appliances. Please note there is no oven. The bathroom has a washing machine if you should need during your stay, with a clothes dryer located in the outside space. The space has been fitted with vertical blinds and privacy sheer curtains to give as much privacy as possible. The property is quite sound proof as there is a brick wall between the main residence and the studio (there is no direct access between the two residences). Located via car: * 5 min Parkwood International Golf Course * 6 min GC Hospital and Griffith University * 7 min Southport Sharks * 7 min Pacific Motorway/M1 * 15-20 min Main Beach/Surfers Paradise * 14 min Movie World * 20 min Dreamworld The local bus service runs through many parts of Parkwood and all have interconnection with other bus routes and modes of transport. Guest access The studio has its own entrance with 24/7 access (via key safe) and off street parking situated in a cul-de-sac. Other things to note We respect the privacy of our guests but will be available if needed. The studio has been designed in a way to limit noise and give as much privacy as possible. Our property is located close to the tram and bus route. There is plenty of street parking if you are getting around the Gold Coast by car, we are located in a court therefore no through traffic. We are in a safe, family friendly neighbourhood. If you like walking, there are lots of walkways through Parkwood with many different routes to take. With walkways taking you through to the acerage properties just behind our property. Details on how to access the property will be emailed prior to your arrival.
